The State Constitution restricts the Legislature from Restricting access to firearms, including the sale and use of (NRS 414.155)... but you can be sure they might try to force them to close. It is on the individual shops to voluntary follow the order. Nothing has been posted officially by any gun shops or ranges and we will wait until tomorrow to find out for sure but more than likely most big stores will stay closed and local shops may open then close early as word spreads. Most stores are empty or close to empty anyways and supply chain may be a bit strained from the influx of firearm and ammo purchases this past week. FULL DETAILS ON THE GOVERNOR's ANNOUNCEMENT HERE

We are also unsure if the background check system for firearms purchases will be up or not but with the announcement it seems very unlikely it will be up... If they do close down then only current CCW holders may make firearms purchases since they are exempt from the background...
